Terms of Use

Last updated: August 14, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Mehmeet LLC (“Mehmeet LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of Focora (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using Focora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Focora is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Your license to the App is also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services terms and, unless a custom end-user license agreement applies, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

1. About Focora

Focora is a productivity and focus app that helps users organize tasks and routines, schedule reminders, run focus timers, create focus templates, and review productivity history.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the App under the laws that apply to you. Focora is not directed to children under 13.

3. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms and the applicable App Store usage rules, Mehmeet LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Focora on Apple-branded devices you own or control, including use permitted through Apple features such as Family Sharing where applicable.

You may not misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its normal operation, use it for unlawful purposes, or copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from Focora except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

Focora, including its software, design, branding, logos, graphics, text, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Mehmeet LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.

5. Subscriptions

Auto-renewal

Focora may offer monthly and annual auto-renewable subscription plans. The billing period, price, and other purchase details shown in the App Store or purchase sheet at the time of purchase control your transaction. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with Apple’s subscription-management rules.

Free trial

Eligible new subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription converts to the plan you selected and Apple will charge the applicable subscription price. Eligibility for introductory offers is determined by Apple and your App Store subscription history.

Billing and payment processing

All Focora subscription purchases are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. Apple, not Mehmeet LLC, processes your payment method and manages billing. Prices and currencies may vary by App Store storefront, taxes, and Apple’s pricing rules.

Cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings in the App Store or device Settings. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid subscription period, subject to Apple’s rules.

Refunds

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies and applicable law. Mehmeet LLC cannot directly issue refunds for transactions processed by Apple.

Price changes

Subscription prices may change. Any price change will be handled and communicated in accordance with Apple’s procedures and applicable law.

6. Your Data

Focora is designed to store task, routine, timer, template, and productivity information locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device backups if you want to preserve your data. Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information.

7. Availability, Updates, and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Focora. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device, operating-system version, language, or country. Updates may be required for continued compatibility or security.

8. Third-Party Services

Focora relies on services provided by Apple, including the App Store, StoreKit/In-App Purchase, operating-system notifications, and related platform functionality. Your use of those services is also governed by Apple’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or operation of services controlled by third parties.

9. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Focora is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular productivity outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mehmeet LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business arising from your use of Focora.

Where applicable law permits a monetary limitation, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to Focora will not exceed the amount you paid for Focora subscriptions during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where applicable law does not permit it.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of Focora or your material violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory consumer-protection laws in your place of residence apply and cannot be waived by contract.

13. Informal Resolution and Arbitration

Before starting formal proceedings, you and Mehmeet LLC agree to attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute informally for at least 30 days after written notice of the dispute.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, unresolved disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, United States, on an individual basis. If arbitration is unavailable or unenforceable for a particular dispute, court proceedings may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Delaware, subject to any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law. If consumer arbitration fees would be prohibitively expensive, Mehmeet LLC will pay fees to the extent required by applicable law or the applicable arbitration rules.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version. Material changes will apply as permitted by law.
