Mehmeet LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Focora (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Focora.
Focora is designed to work primarily on your device. The App lets you create tasks, groups, schedules, reminders, focus sessions, focus templates, and productivity history. This information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to servers operated by Mehmeet LLC.
Focora does not require or provide a Focora user account. We do not ask you to create a username or password for the App.
Focora offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s App Store. Purchases, billing, subscription status, refunds, and payment information are processed by Apple. Mehmeet LLC does not receive or store your full payment card details. Apple may process information according to its own privacy policy and terms.
If you enable reminders or timer notifications, Focora uses Apple’s local notification system to schedule notifications on your device. Notification permission can be changed at any time in iOS or iPadOS Settings.
We do not sell your personal information. Because Focora does not operate a backend service for your task and focus data, we do not share that data with advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics providers.
Information stored by Focora may be included in device backups or otherwise handled by Apple if you use Apple services such as iCloud Backup. Those services are controlled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and privacy practices.
Your Focora data remains on your device until you delete it in the App, reset the relevant App data, or remove the App and its local data, subject to any device backups you control through Apple. Since we do not maintain a Focora account or server-side database containing your task and focus data, there is no separate server account to delete.
Focora is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a Mehmeet LLC server.
Focora may be available in multiple countries. Where applicable law provides you with privacy rights, you may contact us using the information below. Because we do not maintain server-side profiles of Focora users, we may have no personal data associated with you to access, correct, or delete.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Focora, legal requirements, or our practices. The “Last updated” date above will identify the latest version.
